In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;

• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

x777ee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. x777ee reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to the Player's x777ee Wallet within sixty (60) seconds of the transaction completing. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant Philippine financial institution. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed on the x777ee deposit screen and are subject to change.

Players may request withdrawal of available Wallet balances at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Nothing in these Terms limits x777ee's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by x777ee's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

x777ee collects, uses, and protects your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and x777ee's Privacy Policy, which is published at x777ee.cam/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an Account on x777ee, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including KYC verification data, transaction records, gaming history, and communication preferences. x777ee does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data is shared only with PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities where required by Philippine law or licensing obligations.

If resolution through PAGCOR's process is unsuccessful, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
